Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.trustvid.ai website (the “Service”) operated by Ekvinti Technologies Private Limited (“ETPL”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Free Trial
Trustvid may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Trustvid until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected. At any time and without notice, Trustvid reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Fee Changes
Trustvid, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Trustvid will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Refunds
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Trustvid on a case-by-case basis. You may send an email to support@trustvid.ai.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PMA. PMA has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that PMA shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. Termination
If you breach these Terms we may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability. We may terminate your account at the end of your billing cycle for any reason. If you wish to terminate your account, you can do so by contacting us.
Charges and Payment
Certain aspects of our Service can be accessed without any cost. However, specific features require a fee, which can be paid either once or on a subscription basis (“Paid Services”). Trustvid has the authority to introduce or modify fees at any given time, which will be communicated to you through the Service or other means. If you are subscribed to Trustvid Services with an auto-renewable subscription, Trustvid may increase the fees regularly. Upon purchasing any Paid Services, you give Trustvid or its designated third-party payment processors the right to charge the payment method you’ve provided. You confirm and guarantee that you have the legal authority to use this payment method. This charge includes all fees associated with your purchase, along with any applicable taxes, and you agree to our payment provider storing your payment method information. If payment is not received from your payment method provider, you commit to settling all due amounts on demand. In such cases, Trustvid has the right to suspend your access to the Services until the full payment is received or terminate the Terms of Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
